Some Voices choir is bringing its legendary vocal arrangements and party vibes to Bristol this September. 

Now rehearsing in 24 different locations across the UK, Some Voices is starting a new choir on Monday evenings at Alma Church in Clifton from 11th September 2023.

The Bristol choir will be led by Jonathan Grosberg, who is Head of Music and Singing at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and has immense experience as a performer, composer, musical director, vocal coach and choir leader. He said:

“I’m a firm believer that singing is a joy that should be open to everyone. I can’t wait to start a Some Voices choir in Bristol that celebrates the community spirit that Bristolians are known for.” 

Member Katie was part of the London choir and having recently moved to Bristol she is delighted to be one of the first to join the new choir, saying:

“I've been singing with Some Voices since 2019 and I love it! I've met so many beautiful people through choir and every term is just a big, colourful celebration of us all coming together to learn something new. I am so excited that Some Voices is now in Bristol. Some Voices creates a show up as-you-are, all welcome, no pressure, joy of singing space, that's so much fun to experience."

 Rehearsals begin on 11th September on Monday evenings at Alma Church. New members can try out the choir for free in a taster session.
