Welcome to Some Voices. By joining our community, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, which govern your membership, participation, and conduct.
1. Membership is non-transferable and is intended solely for the individual who registers.
2. Fees for choir participation must be paid in accordance with the schedule provided during signup or as updated from time to time.
3. Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy. No refunds will be provided for partial months attended unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Members are expected to attend rehearsals regularly and notify their choir leader if they cannot attend.
5. Some Voices reserves the right to modify choir schedules, locations, or leadership as necessary.
6. All members agree to conduct themselves respectfully and inclusively towards other members, leaders, and guests.
7. Photography and video recordings may occur during events and rehearsals. By attending, you consent to being included in promotional materials unless you opt out in writing.
8. Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
9. Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
10. Members must not use the Some Voices name, brand, or materials for personal promotion without explicit permission.
11. We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time, with updates communicated via email or our website.
12. Continuing your membership after changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
