Some Voices is a non-audition, contemporary choir that believes singing is for everyone!
All voices are welcome - no auditions or experience needed. Join us to learn original arrangements of songs that you love, and be part of a community who love to make music together.
If you’re new to Some Voices, you’ll be able to try out your first rehearsal for free. Hooray!
GOUDA REHEARSAL DETAILS
WHERE: Cultuurhuis Garenspinnerij
Turfsingel 34, 2802 BC Gouda
WHEN: Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30pm.
ACCESSIBILITY: Fully accessible.
TRAVEL: 15 minute walk from Station Gouda.
TERM DATES: The year is split into 3 terms - Spring (January to April) / Summer (May to July) / Winter (September to December) - with 10 rehearsals each term, and sometimes a half-term break in the middle. You can join at any point in the term if there are places available.

YOUR LEADER - FRIDOLIJN VAN POLL
Fridolijn is an Amsterdam based singer and song-writer known for her evocative sound.
Jazzism magazine gave Fridolijn's solo debut ‘Catching Currents’ a glorious spot in their year’s top 10 list and wrote: “Had Nick Drake been a graceful young woman living this day in age, this is the album she would have made.”
With millions of streams on Spotify, international shows on stages like Billboard Live Tokyo, North Sea Jazz Festival, The Tabernacle London, and Concertgebouw Amsterdam, and press coverage on blogs like Written in Music and NoDepression, Fridolijn has steadily been making a name for herself.
She already leads a Some Voices choir in Amsterdam, and can’t wait to bring the Some Voices joy to Gouda!
