Some Voices is a non-audition, contemporary choir that believes singing is for everyone!
All voices are welcome - no auditions or experience needed. Join us to learn original arrangements of songs that you love, and be part of a community who love to make music together.
We hold weekly rehearsals in two different Brighton locations - St Mary’s Church in Kemptown on Mondays, and Brighton Electric Studios in Moulsecoomb on Wednesdays.
If you’re new to Some Voices, you’ll be able to try out your first rehearsal for free. Hooray!
BRIGHTON REHEARSAL DETAILS
Choose between our Monday Brighton Choir at St Mary’s Church in Kemptown, or our Wednesday Choir at Brighton Electric Studios in Moulscombe.
MONDAY BRIGHTON - KEMPTOWN
WHERE: St Mary's Church

WHEN: Mondays, 7:00-8:30pm.
ACCESSIBILITY: Wheelchair access is available, contact us for more info. Accessible toilets are available in the church hall.
TRAVEL: centrally located, just 10 minutes walk from the Palace Pier.
TERM DATES: First rehearsals are the week commencing 13 January 2025. Half-term (when we have a break) is the week commencing 17 February for most choirs.
Terms run from January to April, May to July, and September to December. However, you can join at any point in the term if there are places available.
PRICING: £29 per month, which equals £116 per term.

WHERE: Brighton Electric Studios

WHEN: Wednesday, 7:00-8:30pm.
ACCESSIBILITY: Accessible venue.
TRAVEL: 20 minute walk from Brighton Station or local bus.

YOUR LEADER - JADE WILLIAMS
Jade is a classically trained singer and songwriter from Wales, who releases music under the name Jade Like The Stone.
She appeared on The Voice UK in 2018 on fellow countryman Tom Jones’ team. She is a choir leader, voice and piano teacher and loves leading with Some Voices.
