S.O.S. - The Ultimate End of the World Party
When: 20th April 2018
Where: Copper Box Arena, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 3HB
800 Super-singing-heroes here to Save Our Souls in the ‘Box that Rocks’.
It’s the new millennium, we’ve sunk into a deep winter of cybernation and only Some Voices can Save Our Souls – one song at a time.
This April Some Voices invites you to their digital rebellion. It’s time to Party Like It’s 1999, spiral in vinyl not the virtual and leave the Mad World behind.
Following on from the success of sell-out shows Romeo and Juliet at The Troxy, and Studio 54 at Printworks, Some Voices return to rock the Copperbox Arena with an 800 strong choir and live band.
This fully immersive night invites you to leave your phone at home and question our rapidly advancing tech tendencies… Has automation replaced affection?
The Copperbox Arena, otherwise known as ‘The Box that Rocks’ due to its raucous atmosphere during the London 2012 Olympic Games, will host rebel singers and party-goers for one night only to present the ultimate end of the world party.
In London’s third largest arena, Some Voices will catapult you into a dystopian world, only to be saved by a soundtrack of hits from the last 40 years, including PRINCE, DAVID BOWIE, RADIOHEAD, MGMT and BJÖRK.
With 800 singing souls and live band armed with a Bowie 7″ and plenty of Purple Rain, this night is guaranteed to save your soul.
So leave your phone at home, dress to kill with colour and join us at the Copper Box Arena, Friday 20th April 2018.
Some Voices: choir without the boring bits.
